Wynn Resorts, Limited today reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. Net loss attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited was $637.6 million, or $5.97 per diluted share, for the. Wynn Resorts reported 3Q20 results yesterday and the headline item was Macao, where operating results were “soft” but “encouraging,” despite “negative to apathetic investor sentiment,” according to JP Morgan analyst Joseph Greff. Mass-market wagering was up 40% and credit issued by third parties rose to as much as 30% of pre- Covid-19 levels.

The poker room has temporarily moved the Wynn casino, adjacent to Allegro and the Race and Sportsbook.

Each table will seat up to 8 players, with safety dividers between each position.

Yes, face coverings will be required for each player and staff member.Players may remove the face covering while taking a drink, but must immediately replace it.

What sanitization procedures will be implemented?

The poker room will offer hand sanitizer throughout the poker room, as well as on each table.All high traffic touch points will be sanitized hourly, and poker table rails will be sanitized prior to each new player arriving.Additionally, playing cards and chips will be sanitized regularly.

Three $10,000 buy-in events were held from Dec. 10-12 as part of the 2020 Wynn High Rollers series, with several big names securing cashes in the high-stakes tournaments.

The first tournament of the weekend took place on Dec. 10. The event attracted a field of 27 entries, building a prize pool of $270,000 that was paid out among the top four finishers. Brock Wilson pictured above, left) emerged victorious with the title and the top prize of $124,200. This was Wilson’s second cash of the series, having notched a fifth-place finish in event no. 3 for $45,600.

Alex Foxen took home $75,600 and 150 Card Player Player of the Year points as the runner-up in this event. This was Foxen’s eighth final-table finish of the year, and it was enough to see him climb into 7th place in the 2020 POY race, which is sponsored by Global Poker.

Event no. 6 drew 18 players to build a $180,000 prize pool. Aram Zobian (pictured above, center) backed up his fourth-place finish in the previous event by coming out on top this time around. Zobian was awarded $97,200 as the champion of this event. The 2018 World Series of Poker main event sixth-place finisher now has more than $2.8 million in recorded tournament earnings.

Chris Brewer secured his second top-three finish of the series by placing third for $28,800. The event did not create a large enough prize pool to qualify for POY points.

The final event of the weekend attracted 17 entries, with the $170 prize pool being paid out among the top three finishers. WSOP bracelet winner Sam Soverel (pictured above, right) came out on top in the end, defeating Chad Eveslage heads-up to secure the title and $91,800.

Brock Wilson finished third for his third cash of the series, adding $27,200 to his resume to bring his career tournament earnings to $2,385,027.
